Welcome to the My Adriatic Way platform. By accessing and using this website and submitting a booking inquiry, you accept the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of the service
My Adriatic Way is a platform that connects users (guests) with charter companies that offer boat tours in Croatia. The platform allows viewing tours, a virtual tour of the route with locations and videos, and sending booking requests of the selected tour.
1.a Who stands behind the Platform
The My Adriatic Way platform is managed by Byte IT, obrt, Vrpolje, Put Birnja 20, 22000 Šibenik, OIB 15831663764, e-mail [email protected].
2. Nature of the reservation
By submitting the form via the website, you are sending a request (request) for a reservation, not a final confirmed reservation. The reservation is considered confirmed only when the charter company sends you a status confirmation e-mail. The company reserves the right to accept or decline an inquiry depending on availability, weather conditions and other circumstances.
Exceptionally, when the reservation is entered on your behalf on the ground by an authorized representative of the charter company (booker), such a reservation can be immediately confirmed, and you will receive confirmation of this by e-mail. Even in this case, the conditions of the individual company regarding cancellation and changes apply.
2.a Role of the Platform and reservation number
The platform mediates between you and the charter company: it allows you to send an inquiry, forward it to the selected company and send you status notifications. The platform is not a contractual party to the contract about the excursion or transportation — that contract is created directly between you and the charter company, which is responsible for the performance of the tour, its cancellation conditions and payment.

3. Obligations of the user
By using the Platform, you commit to:
- enter correct and complete data (name, e-mail, date, number of guests);
- not to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent or malicious activities;
- not to send fake, automated or spam inquiries;
- follow the instructions of the charter company related to navigation safety.
4. IP address logging and security
In order to protect against misuse, fake and automated reservations and for record keeping, when sending a reservation request , we automatically record the IP address from which the request was sent. The IP address is displayed in the booking form and stored with your inquiry.
Note: By sending a reservation request, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we record your IP address for security purposes. This information is used exclusively for system protection and is not visible to other users. Processing details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
5. Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the Platform are informative in nature and are determined by the charter company. You agree the final price, method and terms of payment directly with the company. The platform does not charge or mediate payment.
When the reservation is entered on your behalf by an authorized representative of the charter company (booker), the price agreed for that reservation may differ from the informative price displayed on the Platform. The amount stated in the booking confirmation represents the agreed total amount for that booking.
6. Cancellation of reservation
To cancel or change a reservation, contact the charter company using the contact information provided in the reservation confirmation or on the company's website. Cancellation conditions (deadlines, possible fees) are determined by the individual company. If the charter company cancels your reservation, you will be notified by e-mail to the address you provided.
7. Content and intellectual property
All content on the Platform (texts, photos, videos, logos) are the property of the Platform or the associated charter companies and are protected by copyright. Downloading, duplicating or distributing content without express permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform acts as an intermediary between users and charter companies. We are not responsible for:
- the quality, safety or performance of tours provided by charter companies;
- cancellations, delays or changes in conditions by the company;
- damage caused by incorrect data entered by the user;
- temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical reasons.
Participation in boat tours is at your own risk; users are obliged to follow the safety instructions.
9. Service availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or modify the service for maintenance or upgrades.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept the amended Terms.
11. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Croatia applies to these Terms and Conditions. The competent court in the Republic of Croatia has jurisdiction over all disputes.
