This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies the My Adriatic Way platform uses and how to manage them.
1. What are cookies
Cookies (cookies) are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time.
2. What cookies we use
The platform uses exclusively necessary (technical) cookies necessary for the proper operation of the site. We do not use third-party marketing or advertising cookies.
Necessary cookies
- Session cookie — maintains your session during your visit, enables secure submission of forms (protection against CSRF attacks) and remembers the selected language. Without it, forms and security functions would not work.
- Cookie consent — remembers that you have accepted the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and cookies, so that the notification is not shown to you every time you visit.
- Display Settings — remembers language selection and similar interface preferences.
Data from necessary cookies are not used for profiling. The session cookie lasts until the browser is closed or the session expires, and the cookie is valid for up to one year. We keep reservation data, IP address and time of consent for 12 months — details are in the Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies we do NOT use
- We do not have advertising or marketing cookies;
- We do not track your behavior on other websites;
- We do not share cookie data with advertisers.
4. Cookies and third-party analytics
The platform may be behind a network protection service (Cloudflare) which, for security reasons, may set its own technical cookies to protect against malicious traffic. These cookies are for security purposes only and are not used for tracking for marketing purposes.
5. Management of cookies
You can control most cookies through your browser settings — you can block or delete them. Please note that blocking necessary cookies may prevent the correct operation of the Platform (e.g. sending a reservation).
